Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish a binding agreement between you and JOJA AI INNOVATION S.R.L. and its affiliates (referred to collectively as "Joja AI," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the Joja AI platform. In these Terms, "you" refers both to you as an individual and, where applicable, the organization or entity you represent. By using Joja AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. AI Assistants Platform

Joja AI offers a platform for engaging with a range of AI Assistants powered by third-party AI models, such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Mistral AI, Stability AI, Microsoft, Alphabet (Google), Meta Platforms (Facebook), DeepSeek, Alibaba or other providers. These AI Assistants serve various functions including education, writing assistance, translation, programming help, summarization, text, audio, video generation and entertainment. Each AI Assistant includes a profile with its specific purpose. While Joja AI enables access to these AI Assistants, it does not create or control their content and is not responsible for the information or services they deliver.

2. Age Requirements

Joja AI is not intended for individuals under 13 years old. By using Joja AI, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction or that you have parental or legal guardian consent if you are under the age of majority. If you are using Joja AI on behalf of another person or entity, you affirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Your Use of Joja AI

3.1 Access and License

Subject to your adherence to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Joja AI and its AI Assistants.

3.2 Important Notices

You understand and accept that:

  • Joja AI's Assistants are not suitable for use in emergencies and may not take actions beyond providing text-based responses.
  • The information provided by the AI Assistants may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Independent verification is advised.
  • The platform and its AI Assistants are subject to ongoing updates, may include bugs or limitations, and are provided "as is."
  • Use of the platform may result in unanticipated behavior, data loss, or service disruptions.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
  • Breach these Terms, our internal policies, or the terms of third-party AI model providers.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or uncover the technology behind the platform or the AI Assistants.
  • Introduce malware, disrupt service, or use Joja AI for malicious purposes.
  • Automate use of the service in violation of our guidelines or rate limits.
  • Build competing services or products based on Joja AI or its AI Assistants.
  • Extract data through scraping or other unauthorized methods.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as being human-created.

3.4 Feedback Submission

We welcome suggestions and feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute it without restriction or compensation. Send feedback to: contact@joja.ai.

4. Your Content

4.1 What You Submit

Joja AI allows you to ask questions, create content, and share conversations. All material submitted or received in response from AI Assistants is considered "Your Content."

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

4.3 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are influenced by many sources and that Joja AI does not author them. You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content is lawful and compliant with these Terms and third-party policies. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these guidelines.

4.4 How We Use Your Content

We may use Your Content to:

  • Generate responses through third-party AI models;
  • Display Your Content when you use sharing features;
  • Promote Joja AI by showcasing shared content;
  • Improve Joja AI’s performance and experience.

We may also use or disclose Your Content to comply with legal requirements or prevent fraud or abuse. By using Joja AI, you grant us a global, royalty-free license to use Your Content for these purposes.

Joja AI includes functionality that allows users to interact with AI Assistants through third-party messaging services such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Slack. When you use these integrations, your communications may be processed by the respective messaging platforms in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. Joja AI is not responsible for how these third-party services handle your data. While your Joja AI account details are not shared with these platforms, the content of your conversations may be accessible to them. Users are advised to review the privacy practices of each messaging service before engaging with AI Assistants through those channels.

5. Termination

You can stop using Joja AI or terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion. Relevant clauses, including those on feedback, ownership, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply post-termination.

6. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal data. While your identity remains anonymous to third-party AI model providers, they may access your chat contents for operational purposes. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal details with the AI Assistants.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Joja AI is provided "as is" without guarantees. We make no promises about the availability or reliability of services or the AI Assistants. We may change or remove features or content at any time without notice. Our total liability for claims arising from your use of Joja AI is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months for the applicable services.

8. General

Any disputes not subject to arbitration must be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, under Romanian law. These Terms apply to you and any entity you represent, and they remain enforceable by our successors and assigns.
